Scott’s practice consists of a broad array of litigation matters, including contract disputes, professional liability claims, employment matters, general commercial disputes, lender liability claims, and personal injury claims, and more. Scott left his hometown of Austin for his undergraduate education, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Davidson College in 2005. He then returned to Austin for his legal education, earning his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 2008, where he was a Presidential Scholar and a member of the Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. A native Austinite, Scott always knew he wanted to practice law in the best city in the world, Austin, Texas. As a second generation trial lawyer, Scott was raised around the law. Scott prides himself in vigorous representation of his clients and meeting his client’s litigation goals.
